This beautiful session was my second time photographing the sweet Jackson family!


It's always a pleasure to see these lovely people and capture the next chapter in their lives. I first met them at Mama and Me minis in 2021! Jack and Desi have such a deep love for one another that always shines through in their sessions - they always make it super easy to capture their relationship in many different ways!


Their three kids have a special relationship. Big sister Abigail is so patient and attentive with her little brothers Wyatt and Logan, who are very close in age and also share a close bond. Being toddlers they can be a little crazy, but in my opinion at least, it just makes their photos more interesting! As a photographer I love capturing families where they are at in whatever season of life they are in - interacting and loving and laughing and all the crazy in between!


The love and patience these parents have for their children is so special. If only every child could be so loved and adored! The bonds shared here will ripple through the generations. I love it.


The Jacksons had their session at beautiful Garden of the Gods! You can never go wrong with this location. The sun was bright and harsh but we found beautiful places and made it work - it helped that everything was so green and beautiful! Garden of the Gods in Colorado Springs is such a colorful place for photos year-round. The Jacksons nailed their outfits with their neutrals here because against all that color they absolutely stand out.
